Kokua 26.1.0 Released

This release brings Kokua to parity with LL’s 26.1.0 release which reinstates the legacy search floater. Kokua has been updated to use this version in preference to its own version which was ported from Firestorm.

There are also some performance improvements and several RLV fixes.
