Kokua 6.6.8 Release Notes
This releases brings Kokua to parity with LL’s 6.6.8 Maintenance P release ( https://releasenotes.secondlife.com/viewer/6.6.8.576863.html )
Notes on some of the changes follow with the usual list of issues from the Jira tracking tool below.
KKA-962 - Wearable Favourites - ported by user request from Firestorm. This provides a floater window which shows a special folder within the Inventory which can be used for holding regularly worn items like HUDs for easier access. The floater can be opened from the Me menu (in the standard menu layout) or via a tool bar button after adding it to the toolbar trays.
KKA-968 - Bugfix - the Contact Sets tab in the People floater now shows online/offline status
KKA-973 - Mouselook zoom - ported by user request from Firestorm, originally by Chalice Yeo - this allows zooming in Mouselook by holding down the right button and using the scroll wheel. As a reminder, a standard click can be performed by pressing ALT along with the left mouse button.
KKA-969 - The Outfits floater now displays the Avatar Rendering Complexity as well as the number of attachment points being used (inspired by Firestorm’s implementation, with some changes)
KKA-970 - Four settings which allow adjustment of overall Glow rendering have been added to Preferences / Graphics / General/Avatar - these should only be used for specialist situations.
KKA-967 - The Nearby view in the People floater now has additional menu options to allow filtering to just this parcel / this region / all in range
Finally, there is an experimental feature in the RLV and FTRLV versions which I’d like some feedback on.
Sometimes a RLV device can incorrectly report that RLV is not active because the login is taking a longer time than usual and RLV does not start replying until the login has reached a certain stage that should include all attachments being present.
To combat this Kokua 6.6.8 will reply to @version/versionnum/versionnew/versionnumbl immediately during initialisation without waiting until other retained commands are actioned. This should solve the problem with RLV detection timing out but may cause other issues if timeouts are being used for other RLV commands after initial detection.

If necessary the original behaviour can be restored by setting the debug option RestrainedLoveDoNotQueueVersionRequests to False.
