Add a button to the build/edit floater to simulate a right-click on the selection in current focus

When working with something like a rez box that's selected in the edit tool to allow moving of the rez box it can happen that the rez box becomes obscured by the just-rezzed build making it difficult to get at the rez box to click it again.

Add a button on the object edit panel that does the same as a right click on the selection, which will enable features like Touch, Zoom etc
