Still problems with outfits not listing correctly in 6.3.8

Description

When switching between outfits with a replace it can get messy still, some attachments that are attached in the inv are sometimes not listed as attached in the outfit window. If you save the outfit these are lost from the outfit. Closing and re-opening the outfit window does not seem to refresh the list. Also after a complex outfit change with a lot of items I had a RLV locked item that was not visible anymore for others but only for myself so it seemed de-attached, however after a "refresh attachments" it became visible again for all. Not sure if these things are related, how this exactly works between sim and viewer, but just thought to mention it here.

This is closely related to and should be helped by some changes made for that one which will be coming out in the next Kokua release. Please check again after release and report how you're getting on with the new version.
