Kokua Release 6.3.8

Kokua Release 6.3.8 is now available. There is little new material from LL in this version because we delivered most of the release content early in Kokua 6.3.7.

This release contains a number of fixes and improvements and one much requested new feature - a new Chat Bar that provides a place to enter local chat without showing the whole Conversations floater including the chat history.
