Kokua Release 6.6.3 for Windows and Mac only

This release brings Kokua to parity with LL’s 6.6.3 featuring the official re-introduction of in-viewer profiles.

We have chosen to adopt the new LL design so there’ll be some differences in appearance to get used to. All the same functionality is still there (except Interests which LL no longer support).
