Kokua Release 6.6.4 for Windows and Mac only

Kokua 6.6.4 is now released. As well as incorporating both LL’s 6.6.4 releases this also includes a feature ported from Firestorm/Singularity by request - the avatar can be moved by clicking on the avatar with both mouse buttons and then steered using the mouse.
