Kokua Release 6.6.6 for Windows and Mac

Kokua 6.6.6 is now released. This brings Kokua to parity with the current LL release.

LL’s 6.6.5 was a maintenance release with a particular focus on minimap improvements (most of which already existed in Kokua). 6.6.6 was a hotfix for an alpha rendering issue.

We have had some responses to our request for assistance with maintaining the Linux version (thankyou to all those people!) however we are still looking for further assistance before we can resume Linux releases.
