Kokua 6.6.11 Release Updated

After receiving a report of a crash scenario involving RLV versions of Kokua (and also Marine’s viewer) 6.6.11 has been re-issued.

All versions also benefit from the inclusion of some fixes which make SLURL handling work as it should (but keep in mind that when RLV is active logging in is always to the last location).

The new build numbers are 50641 for NORLV and 54056 for RLV versions
