Kokua 6.5.0 Release Notes

This version advances Kokua to parity with LL’s 6.5.0 release which incorporates changes from 6.4.23 ( https://releasenotes.secondlife.com/viewer/6.4.23.564172.html ) and 6.5.0 itself ( https://releasenotes.secondlife.com/viewer/6.5.0.565607.html ). We chose to skip a 6.4.23 release Kokua since LL announced media playback problems in 6.4.23 which have been resolved in 6.5.0.

The embedded browser in the Linux version is getting old. These release notes cannot be displayed on the Linux version using the internal browser, an external browser must be used instead. We are working on updating the Linux build to include a newer version of the embedded browser.

The changes list follows. This time most changes are internal with the exception of KKA-908 which adds new options in the Develop / Render Metadata menu for avatar hit boxes and texture size display. Both are ported from Firestorm, the former by Zi and Mutt Rye (of the Alchemy viewer team), the latter by Chalice.
